So i got bored and decided to create a mock rwt. This is just me rambling on about it. Don't worry, i'll include the links i said i would in the description of the mock rwt. Also, this sound will not be included in the noaa weather radio pack. I appologize if this upsets you, but i figured it's not exactly nwr content. The mock rwt will be included, though, as it is somewhat related to nwr. Recording of myself speaking words "ave maria". Main purpose of this sound is for use in the coursera course audio signal processing for music applications. Sound was recorded with android smartphone oneplus one, using application smart voice recorder in wav format, mono, 44100 hz sample rate.

This was recorded at a wedding and celebration party afterward. Several hundred people talking in a very large room. It should be random enough to be used for most any situation where one needs ambient crowd noise. This was recorded directly from the on board mic of a full hd camera that uses acvhd. What you are listening to was rendered off at 48hz and 16 bits.

So this is my attempt in making a crowd sound effect. It really didn't sound like a people's crowd since i said "walla" too loud in some clips. There are approximately 28 clips in that sound varying from 15 to 17 seconds. Also, i combined another crowd sound effect which i created in 3ml editor and edited in both audacity and adobe audition to make it longer. All (with the exception of the earlier crowd sound effect i did) was combined in audacity.
